研究目的：

评估日常饮食中的脂质及补充对母乳中脂肪酸组成的影响，包括食物中的脂肪酸摄入和一次性补充omega-3多不饱和脂肪酸对母乳中脂肪酸构成的影响。探讨母乳喂养期间膳食中的脂肪酸补充多长时间能有效转移至乳汁中。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of dietary lipids and supplements on the fatty acid composition of breast milk, including dietary intake of fatty acids and one-time supplementation of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.To investigate how long it takes for dietary fatty acid supplementation to be effectively transferred to milk during breastfeeding.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康哺乳期（6-9个月）妇女且入组前未补充omega-3多不饱和脂肪酸。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy lactating mothers (6-9 months) who were not supplemented with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids prior to enrollment.

排除标准：

1）患有糖尿病、高血压等慢性疾病；2）半个月以上的早产儿产妇；3）有出血风险的受试者；4）其他严重代谢病和自身免疫系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension;2) Preterm mothers over half a month;3) Subjects at risk of bleeding;4) Other severe metabolic diseases and autoimmune diseases.
