研究目的：

1. 探讨双气相CT在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者小气道病变的早期诊断价值； 2.了解小气道病变与临床症状、炎症指标及肺功能参数的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the value of the inspiratory and expiratory phase CT scan in early diagnosis of small airway lesions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. To understand the relationship between small airway lesions and clinical symptoms, inflammatory indicators and lung function parameters.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合慢性支气管炎及慢性阻塞性肺疾病（GOLD 1、2级）诊断标准的住院患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who has been hospitalized for chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(only GOLD grades 1 and 2 were enrolled).

排除标准：

有肺癌，肺部手术，活动性肺结核和支气管哮喘等肺部其他疾病者排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who exhibited serious comorbidities of the respiratory system,such as tumor,active tuberculosis, asthma or previously undergo surgical treatment were excluded.
