研究目的：

研究不同剂量抗纤溶药物氨甲环酸（TXA）对腰椎后路融合手术围手术期的止血效果，为TXA在脊柱外科应用提供进一步指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the hemostatic effects of multi-dose tranexamic acid(TXA) on the perioperative period of lumbar posterior fusion surgery, and to provide further guidance for the application of TXA in spinal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、诊断为腰椎退行性变疾病，如腰椎间盘突出，腰椎管狭窄症，腰椎滑脱。具有腰椎后路融合手术指征。
2、首次行腰椎融合术，融合节段限制在1或2节段。
3、术前Hb、凝血功能均正常；双下肢静脉彩超未见异常；
4、年龄在18岁以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients Diagnosed with lumbar degenerative diseases,such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar canal stenosis and lumbar spondylolisthesis,and with indications for posterior lumbar fusion surgery.
2. patients should Perform primary lumbar fusion , with operative level limited to 1 or 2 segments.
3. Preoperative Hb and coagulation function were normal;No abnormality was found in the color doppler ultrasound of the veins of both lower extremities.
4. Above the age of 40 years old

排除标准：

1.血栓栓塞疾病史,凝血系统功能障碍。
2.非腰椎退行性疾病，如腰椎骨折；
3.有腰椎手术史，多节段腰椎手术。
4.对氨甲环酸过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. coagulation and fibrinolysin disorders;
2. Non-degenerative disease of lumbar,such as lumbar vertebral fracture;
3. History of lumbar surgery,multilevel surgery;
4. allergic to tranexamic acid.

秘书使用计算机随机生成数字列表，随机分为3组。随机数字被秘书密封在不透明的信封中，手术当天早上根据患者序号打开一个信封，接受信封分组及对应处理方式

The secretary use computer to randomly generated a list of Numbers, randomly divided into 3 groups. The random Numbers were sealed in opaque envelopes by the participants, the surgeon opens an envelope on the morning of the surgery and perform the corresponding treatment.
