研究目的：

为了评估早期食道癌患者的圈套牵引辅助ESD（STA-ESD）的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate efficacy and safety of snare traction assisted ESD (STA-ESD) among patients with early esophageal cancers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（i）食管癌早期ESD的指征：粘膜内癌或固有性T1a癌； （ii）年龄为18至80岁； （iii）随访的可能性（iv）表示同意纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

(i) indication for esophageal early cancer ESD: intramucosal cancer or propria T1a cancer; (ii) age from 18 to 80 years; (iii) possibility for follow-up (iv) expressed consent for inclusion in the study.

排除标准：

（i）先前的ESD或食管肌切开术； （ii）手术治疗； （iii）EUS，CT或MRI证实有深层浸润或晚期食管癌的迹象； （iv）恶性肿瘤病史； （v）无法进行适当的跟进。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) previous ESD or esophageal myotomy; (ii) treatment by surgical operation; (iii) signs of deep infiltration or advanced esophageal carcinoma confirmed by EUS, CT, or MRI; (iv) a history of malignant tumors; (v) impossibility for proper follow-up.
