利用MIMIC-Ⅲ数据库数据，探寻和验证内科危重症患者脉搏氧饱和度的目标区间  

Objectives of Study：

The Search for Optimal Oxygen Saturation Targets in internal intensive medicine based on MIMIC-III Database

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）需要重症监护。
2）出院主要诊断为内科疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1) Intensive care is required.
2) The main diagnosis of discharge from hospital is internal intensive disease.

排除标准：

1）一次住院期间重复入住ICU。
2）16岁以下的患者。
3）ICU停留时间少于48小时。
4）SpO2测量次数<24次。
5）重要数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Repeated admission to ICU during one hospitalization. 2) Patients under 16 years old. 3) The ICU-Los less than 48 hours. 4) The number of SpO2 measurements was less than 24. 5) Important data missing.
