研究目的：

发现非特异性精神发育迟滞（NSMR）致病基因，阐明NSMR分子遗传机制及病因，建立NSMR发病预测、靶向治疗、用药监测、疗效评估、预后预测及复发风险等个性化综合治疗评估系统。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify susceptible genes of Non-syndromic/non-specific Mental Retardation, illustrate molecular genetics mechanism of Non-syndromic/non-specific Mental Retardation, and establish an integrated system involving forecasting, target treatment, medication monitoring, effect evaluation, prognosis prediction and relapse risk evaluation

纳入标准：

To identify susceptible genes of Non-syndromic/non-specific Mental Retardation, illustrate molecular genetics mechanism of Non-syndromic/non-specific Mental Retardation, and establish an integrated system involving forecasting, target treatment, medication monitoring, effect evaluation, prognosis prediction and relapse risk evaluation

Inclusion criteria

In accord with DSM-Ⅳ; No history of blood transfusion one month before inclusion; No history of anti-psychotic medication three months before inclusion

排除标准：

1. 有脑外伤等躯体及神经系统疾病；
2. 有情感障碍，智力发育迟滞等精神疾病史；
3. 有酗酒史和药物滥用史；

Exclusion criteria：

With history of brain trauma or other neurological diseases; With history of severe neurological dysfunction, affective disorder, or mental retardation; With history of severe alcoholic problem or drug abuse.
