研究目的：

探讨包皮环扎患儿骶管麻醉时最佳的罗哌卡因使用浓度。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the optimal concentration of ropivacaine for caudal block in children with circumcision

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 ASA（美国麻醉学会）分级≤II级,年龄6岁-12岁的学龄期行包皮环扎术的患儿。
2 无凝血功能障、穿刺点无感染等骶管阻滞禁忌的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

1 ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) grade ≤II, age 6 to 12 years old, school-age children with pericarpium ligation.
2. Children without coagulation dysfunction, puncture site without infection and other contraindications of caudal block.

排除标准：

1 骶管阻滞操作失败或效果不明确的患儿。
2 术中临时更改操作方法的患儿。
3 术中追加长效麻醉镇痛药的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with failed operation or unclear effect of caudal block.
2. Children with temporary intraoperative change of operation method.
3. Children with long-term anesthetic and analgesic drugs added during operation.
