研究目的:

主要研究目的:研究使用通风装置是否可以有效降低烹饪所致的空气污染物水平,进而改善相关的心肺功能损伤,并进一步探讨可能的相关机制和通路。  

Objectives of Study:

The primary objective of this study is to examine whether using ventilation hood could reduce exposure to air pollutants during cooking, and the cardiopulmonary benefits associated with such reduction of exposure, while further exploring the possible mechanisms.

纳入标准:

年龄在18-75岁;为当地常住居民;烹饪厨房具备安装通风装置的条件;所在家庭日常在家烹饪。考虑到烹饪过程中,燃料和烹饪本身均为空气污染暴露的来源,本项目不局限于考察固体燃料烹饪的情况,若使用清洁燃料的居民有参与意愿且符合纳入条件,亦纳入;由于在当地的生活习惯中,厨房实际为家庭成员重要的生活起居区,因此若不烹饪的家庭成员有参与意愿且符合纳入条件,亦纳入。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18-75 years;being a registered resident in the 5 selected villages; the kitchen is suitable for installation of ventilation facilities; being in a family regularly cooking at home. We also included local residents using clean fuels for cooking who were willing to participate and met the inclusion creterion as well, considering that like solid fules, cooking itself also constituted a source of air pollution exposure. Those non-cooking were also considered for inclusion, becaused in the study area, local residents enjoy staying in the kitchen, for sitting around and having meals apart from cooking, and the non-cooking family mambers were actually also exposed to air polltion from cooking.

排除标准:

有长期外出或搬迁的计划(一年内);妊娠或哺乳期妇女;存在其他影响本研究评价的重大残疾或疾病如恶性肿瘤等;不能充分理解研究过程,或无法正确表达自己主诉,如患有精神病、严重神经官能症者,或因其他情况不能合作本试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

Having plans of leaving home or relocation for a long time (within one year); being pregnant or in the lactation period; with severe diseases that may bias the study results (e.g., malignant tumor); not able to communicate/cooperate due to illness (e.g., mental disease or severe psychoneurosis) or any other conditions.

采用随机数字法进行随机分组:大树、大田、明子、邦看的研究对象以自然村为单位,以EXCEL软件rand()函数生成随机数字对所在村进行赋值,随机数字分布的前50%定为干预组,后50%定为对照组;丫口田的研究对象以家庭为单位,按照到达调查现场的顺序,以EXCEL软件rand()函数生成随机数字对家庭进行赋值,随机数字分布的前50%定为干预组,后50%定为对照组。参试者的随机化分组由对参试者、设计不知情的非参与人员进行。
