1）综述及整合儿童某疾病原始研究中的年龄分组及二次研究中的年龄亚组分析，初步提出儿童临床研究年龄分组备选方案； 2）应用牛津证据级别金字塔及GRADE证据质量分级系统对年龄分组备选方案的研究证据进行评价，筛选最优年龄分组方案； 3）将年龄分组方案纳入儿科临床方法学培训系列教程，对儿科临床工作者及科研人员进行培训。

纳入标准：

（1）患者被诊断患有局灶性癫痫；
（2）发表的随机对照试验或准随机对照试验；
（3）试验有局灶性癫痫数据。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with a diagnosis focal epilepsy;
(2) Published randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and quasi-randomized controlled trials comparing lamotrigine with a placebo or CBZ/OXC group;
(3) Trials providing focal epilepsy data.

排除标准：

（1）患者大于18岁；
（2）未查到全文；
（3）没有可供提取的数据。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients older than 18 years;
(2) No full-texts could be found;
(3) No data were eligible to extract.
