研究目的:

代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease, MAFLD),曾用名非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)发病率高,是我国重大公共健康问题之一,深入研究MAFLD病理生理过程,寻找有助于临床诊断及评价疾病严重程度的MAFLD的生物标记物具有重要的临床意义。本研究将阐明m6A甲基化修饰和非编码RNA在MAFLD发生中的作用及机制,结合临床指标,建立MAFLD诊断模型,为MAFLD诊疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

Metabolic associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), once known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), has a high incidence and is one of the major public health issues in my country. In-depth study of MAFLD In the pathophysiological process, it is of great clinical significance to find the biomarkers of MAFLD that can help clinical diagnosis and evaluation of disease severity. This study will clarify the role and mechanism of m6A methylation modification and non-coding RNA in the occurrence of MAFLD, combined with clinical indicators, establish a diagnosis model of MAFLD, and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of MAFLD.

纳入标准:

诊断为代谢相关脂肪性肝病的患者和表观正常的对照人群。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with metabolic-related fatty liver disease and apparently normal controls.

排除标准:

肝硬化、肝癌患者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.
