研究目的：

本研究拟通过筛选“J”形征阳性的复发性髌骨脱位病例，进行MPFL联合MPTL重建，在术后1年进行影像学和膝关节功能随访，总结MPFL联合MPTL重建术治疗“J”形征阳性的复发性髌骨脱位的治疗效果及术后再脱位率。为降低“J”形征阳性的复发性髌骨脱位术后再次脱位风险提供新的、更适合的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to screen the cases of recurrent patellar dislocation with positive "J" sign, perform MPFL combined with MPTL reconstruction, perform imaging and knee function follow-up 1 year after surgery, and summarize the treatment of "J" sign with MPFL combined with MPTL reconstruction The therapeutic effect of positive recurrent patellar dislocation and postoperative re-dislocation rate. To reduce the risk of recurrent dislocation of the patella with positive "J" sign, a new and more suitable treatment plan is provided.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①创伤后发生两次以上髌骨脱位病史；
②“J”形征阳性；
③髌骨外推试验阳性，髌骨外推恐惧症阳性；
④接受MPFL联合MPTL重建治疗；
⑤患者本人或者监护人能理解研究的目的，显示对研究方案足够的依从性，并签写知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①A history of more than two dislocations of the patella after trauma;
② "J" sign is positive;
③The patella extrapolation test is positive, and the patella extrapolation phobia is positive;
④Receive MPFL combined with MPTL reconstruction therapy;
⑤The patient himself or his guardian can understand the purpose of the study, show sufficient compliance with the study plan, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①先天性髌骨脱位；
②既往膝关节手术史；
③多发韧带损伤；
④严重股骨滑车发育不良（Dejour分型C型和D型）

Exclusion criteria：

①Congenital dislocation of the patella;
②Past knee surgery history;
③Multiple ligament injuries;
④Severe femoral trochlear dysplasia (Dejour type C and D)
