研究目的：

本课题通过前瞻性随机对照临床试验，研究清肝降脂汤联合中医外治法治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病（脾虚痰瘀互结型）的临床疗效，为患者的治疗提供简便易廉且具有实际依据的中药组方。通过高级别循证医学临床研究方法，客观评价清肝降脂汤联合中医外治法治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病（脾虚痰瘀互结型）的临床疗效，为临床应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to study the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Jiangzhi Decoction Combined with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of metabolic related fatty liver disease (spleen deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis type), so as to provide a simple and cheap TCM formula with practical basis for the treatment of patients. Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Jiangzhi Decoction Combined with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of metabolic fatty liver disease (spleen deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis type) by high-level evidence-based medicine clinical research method, so as to provide scientific basis for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医诊断标准，且中医辩证符合脾虚痰瘀互结型型；
（2）愿意配合本研究方案治疗，签署知情同意书，年龄在18-70 岁。

Inclusion criteria

（1）The diagnosis of phlegm stasis type was in accordance with the standard of traditional Chinese medicine
（2）They are willing to cooperate with the research scheme and sign informed consent, aged 18-70 years old

排除标准：

未按规定用药和观察，或非药物因素而中断治疗，无法判断疗效，或因资料不全，影响疗效和安全性判断者

Exclusion criteria：

Failure to use and observe according to the regulations, or interruption of treatment due to non drug factors, unable to judge the curative effect, or incomplete data affecting the judgment of efficacy and safety
