探讨肝脏sigma-1受体的表达变化在非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的作用及其机制  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of hepatic expression of sigma-1 receptor on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and its mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～60岁;2.临床诊断为胆囊结石患者;3.将接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术;4.签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 60 years old; 2.Patients with gallbladder stones; 3.patients will undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 4.patients signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.男性每日饮酒>20g，女性每日饮酒>10g；2.HBsAg、HCVAb、ANA滴度大于1/160；3.自身免疫性肝病和遗传性肝病；4.药物性肝病；5.吸毒者;

Exclusion criteria：

1.>20 g per day in men and 10 g per day in women; 2.Patients with positive hepatitis B surface antigen, antibody against hepatitis C virus and antinuclear antibody titre >1/160; 3.Patients had autoimmune or genetically induced (hemochromatosis, Wilson's disease or a1-antitrypsin de?ciency) liver disease; 4.injection drug users.
