研究目的：

评价肺静脉隔离+超严格验证（肺静脉隔离后静脉滴注异丙肾上腺素使心率提高20%，静脉推注ATP明确肺静脉电位未恢复；左房基质标测，若有低电压区行基质改良，并达到肺静脉电位传入传出阻滞）或严格验证（肺静脉隔离后静脉滴注异丙肾上腺素使心率提高20%，静脉推注ATP明确肺静脉电位未恢复）对阵发性房颤患者长期维持窦律的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate circumferential pulmonary vein isolation combination with ultra-tight test or tight test on maintaining sinus rhythm in the patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

无 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

No 

纳入标准：

1）阵发性有症状的阵发性心房颤动患者，至少一种抗心律失常药物治疗而无效,2）男女不限,3）年龄18-75岁,4）签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients without abation and at least one antiarrhythmic agent is ineffective;
2. Male or female;
3. Aged between 18~75 years old;
4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1）LA有血栓、肿瘤，2）房颤消融史，3）LA大于50mm，4）严重的肺部疾病，5）近6月内有心肌梗死、冠脉支架植入术病史,6）预期在12月内行心脏移植术，7）严重脑梗死处于急性期，8）血液系统疾病，9）肝肾功能明显异常，10）孕妇或哺乳期妇女，11）精神病患者，12）预期寿命<2年

Exclusion criteria：

1)Thrombosis or tumor in the left atrium (LA); 2)Patient with atrial fibrillation ablation history; 3)The diameter of the LA > 50mm; 4)Serious pulmonary disease; 5)Myocardia infarction or coronary artery stent amplantation in recent 6 months; 6)Cardiac transplantation in 12 months; 7)Serious acute nonischemic stroke; 8)Hematological diseases; 9)Abnormal function of the Liver or Kindey; 10)Pregnant or women during lactation; 11)Patients with psychosis; 12)Life expency < 2years old.
