研究目的：

通过一项随机对照研究评估紧急取卵对于扳机后雌激素下降患者的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of emergency ooycte pick-up for the patietns with decrease of estrogen after trigger

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 有IVF-ET治疗指征；
2. IVF治疗过程中扳机后次日雌激素/扳机当日雌激素比值小于0.7患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients need IVF-ET.
2. Estrogen dectease after trigger

排除标准：

1．严重全身系统性疾病不宜妊娠的患者（如恶性肿瘤、先天性心脏病、系统性红斑狼疮活动期等）；
2．合并生殖道恶性肿瘤患者；
3．未完成扳机当天和扳机次日性激素测定的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients had systemic diseases unsuitable for pregnancy;
2. Patients with malignant tumor of genital tract;
3. Patients who did not complete the determination of Estrogen on the day of trigger and the day after the trigger.
