研究目的：

评价中药治疗艾滋病肺部感染的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine for the lung infection in patients with AIDS

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

抗生素 第一代或第二代头孢菌素、氟喹诺酮类、?内酰胺类/?内酰胺酶抑制剂 小青龙汤、二陈汤加减 补肺汤合七味都气丸 胆龙咳喘康微丸胶囊 盐酸伐昔 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、病人HIV 抗体阳性；
2、符合肺部感染诊断；
3、年龄：18-65岁；
4、24小时内胸片检查不考虑肺结核、PCP者；
5、近1个月内未接受过影响本试验观察的药物治疗；
6、无严重心、肾等重要脏器疾病；
7、受试者自愿并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV antibody test: Postive;
2. Patients with lung infection;
3. aged 18 to 65 years old;
4. Patients did not receive medicine that interfere the observation of this trial;
5. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent;
6. Patients without severe heart, liver or kidney disease;
7. X ray of chest showed no TB or PCP.

排除标准：

1、并发肺结核，并发PCP、肺部肿瘤、非感染性肺间质性疾病、肺水肿、肺不张、肺栓塞、肺嗜酸性粒细胞浸润症、肺血管炎；
2、患有精神疾病，包括严重的癔症等；
3、对本试验观察的药物过敏或不能耐受者；
4、妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或准备妊娠妇女；
5、最近3个月参加过其他临床试验；
6、任何病史，据研究者判断可能干扰试验结果或增加患者治疗风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with psychological disease including severe hysteria;
2. Patients who are alergic or intolerant to the trial drug;
3. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan;
4. Patients with any other disease or history that could confound the results or increase risk;
5. Patients participated in other clinical trial in last 3 months;
6. Patients with TB, PCP, lung tumor, non-infectious intersticial lung diesae, Pulmonary edema, Atelectasis, Pulmonary thromblism, Eosinophil infiltration of lung disease or pulmonary vasculitis.
