基于汕头国际眼科中心结构化电子病历系统下的医疗大数据，进行一系列临床科学研究，内容涵盖不同的病种、人群、发病率/流行病学、风险因素、诊疗方案对比、疾病预后与转归等一系列具有临床指导意义的研究方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the medical big data under the structured electronic medical Record system of Shantou International Ophthalmology Center, a series of clinical scientific studies were conducted, covering a series of research directions with clinical guiding significance, including different diseases, population, incidence or epidemiology, risk factors, diagnosis and treatment scheme comparison, disease prognosis and outcome.

纳入标准：

根据具体研究需求，将2016年5月之后的汕头国际眼科中心暴露于某可疑因素或待研究因素的患者纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

According to specific research needs, patients exposed to certain suspicious factors or factors to be studied in Shantou International Eye Center after May 2016 were included in the study.

排除标准：

相关数据不完整或图像数据不达标的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with incomplete data or substandard image data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据采集包括门诊与住院患者的病史采集与辅助检查，以及手术记录。HIS系统通过特殊处理对这些数据进行加密保证患者个人信息不外流。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection for this study included medical history collection and auxiliary examinations of both outpatient and inpatient patients, as well as surgical records. Hospital information system encrypts these data through special processing to ensure that the patient's personal information does not flow out.
