研究目的：

（1）探究艾司氯胺酮在小儿隐匿性阴茎延长术中的应用效果及其安全性。 （2）探究应用艾司氯胺酮后，患儿血清疼痛应激指标皮质醇及P物质的水平变化。 （3）探究应用艾司氯胺酮后，患儿血清炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α的水平变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the application effect and safety of esketamine in pediatric concealed penis lengthening surgery. 2. To explore the changes of serum cortisol and substance P levels in children after the application of esmamine. 3. To explore the changes of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF - α after the application of esmamine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟行隐匿性阴茎延长术患儿；
年龄1-12岁，ASA I级；
患儿家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with concealed penis lengthening;
2. Patients aged 1-12 years, ASA I grade;
3. The family members of the child signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）发育迟缓、智力障碍；
2）精神异常；
3）神经肌肉疾病；
4）凝血功能异常；
5）药物过敏史；
6）穿刺部位感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with developmental retardation and mental retardation;
2. The object of mental disorder;
3. Patients with neuromuscular diseases;
4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function;
5. Patients with drug allergy history;
6. Patients with puncture site infection.
