研究目的：

本课题通过研究超声引导下连续菱形肋间神经阻滞在胸科手术中的的应用，评估其在胸科手术中是否有良好的镇痛效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the application of ultrasonic guided continuous rhomboid intercostal nerve block in thoracic surgery was studied to evaluate whether it has good analgesic effect in thoracic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）2020年11月至2022年12月于嘉兴市第一医院行单侧胸腔镜肺叶切手术，患者60例，年龄18~80岁，ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

The main results were as follows: 1) from November 2020 to December 2022, unilateral thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed in the first Hospital of Jiaxing City. There were 60 patients, aged from 18 to 80 years old, ASA grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ.

排除标准：

（1）休克或昏迷状态；(2)心、肺、肝、肾及凝血功能异常；(3) 拟行阻滞区域感染，阻滞侧肢体严重神经损伤；(4)有慢性疼痛服用镇痛药物史、服用精神病物病史、放化疗病史，对非甾体类抗炎药物有禁忌症的患者；(5)对局麻药如利多卡因、罗哌卡因以及全身麻醉药物过敏患者；（6）患者及家属拒绝手术麻醉。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Shock or coma;(2) Abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood coagulation;(3) Infection of the intended block area and severe nerve injury of the block limb;(4) Patients with a history of taking analgesics for chronic pain, a history of taking psychotropic substances, a history of chemoradiotherapy, and contraindications to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;(5) Allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthetics;(6) The patient and his/her family members refused to undergo surgical anesthesia.
