研究目的：

1.明确 577nm 阈下微脉冲激光是否能促进巩膜扣带术后残余视网膜下液吸收。 2.明确视网膜下液不同吸收程度是否影响巩膜扣带术后视功能恢复。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine whether the 577nm subthreshold micropulse laser can promote the absorption of residual subretinal fluid after scleral buckling. 2. To determine whether the different absorption of subretinal fluid affects the recovery of visual function after scleral buckling.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18周岁；
巩膜扣带术治疗的视网膜脱离患者，
确认已封闭视网膜裂孔，
视网膜成功复位，
残余视网膜下液持续存在超过1月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years old;
2. Patients with retinal detachment treated by scleral buckling;
3. Those who have closed the retinal hole;
4. Subjects with successful retinal reattachment;
5. Patients with persistent residual subretinal fluid for more than 1 month.

排除标准：

年龄＜18 周岁；
妊娠；
未封闭视网膜裂孔、视网膜未复位患者；
屈光介质混浊至不能窥清眼底者；
随访期间受试眼因外伤、肿瘤、严重出血、眼内炎等疾病需要治疗者；
不能按照要求随访及不能配合相应检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients younger than 18 years old;
2. The object of pregnancy;
3. Patients with unclosed retinal hole and unreplaced retina;
4. The patients whose refractive medium is so turbid that they can't see the fundus clearly;
5. Patients who need treatment due to trauma, tumor, severe bleeding, endophthalmitis and other diseases during the follow-up period;
6. Patients who cannot be followed up as required and cannot cooperate with corresponding examinations.
