研究目的:

本研究旨在通过人体CT影像,在明确不可压迫性躯干出血相关动脉的解剖学特征基础之上,建立体外控制装置靶标动脉的体表定位策略。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to establish a surface landmark location strategy for the target arteries of the external control device based on the anatomical characteristics of the arteies associated with noncompressible torso hemorrhage through human CT imaging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

18-65岁,平卧位、全腹部增强CT扫描患者。

Inclusion criteria

18-65 years old, supine position, total abdominal enhanced CT scan patients.

排除标准:

脊柱畸形、脊柱肿瘤、腹主动脉瘤、腹主动脉及髂动脉明显扩张或迂曲、腹腔占位性病变或脏器肥大导致血管偏离正常解剖位置、血管显影不佳、伪影、异物遮挡或体位不当导致阅片困难者。

Exclusion criteria:

Spinal deformity, spinal tumor, abdominal aortic aneurysm, abdominal aorta and iliac artery obvious dilatation or tortuosity, abdominal space-occupying lesion or visceromegaly leading to vascular deviation from normal anatomical position, poor vascular development, artifact, foreign body occlusion or improper position leading to difficulty in reading films.
