精确筛选出效果较好的治疗成人大骨节病的口服治疗药物，初步制定出适宜的成人大骨节病治疗方案

Accurate screening of better effect of treatment of adult kaschin-beck disease oral treatment drugs, the preliminary formulation of appropriate adult kaschin-beck Disease Treatment Program

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

按照《大骨节病诊断》标准（WS/T207-2010）（I度：出现多发性、对称性手指关节增粗，有其他四肢关节增粗、屈伸活动受限、疼痛、肌肉轻度萎缩，干骺端或骨端；II度：在I度的基础上，症状、体征加重，出现短指（趾）畸形）进行诊断和筛选研究对象。

Inclusion criteria

According to the "diagnosis of Kashin Beck disease" standard (WS / t207-2010) (grade I: multiple and symmetrical thickening of finger joints, thickening of other limbs joints, limitation of flexion and extension, pain, mild muscle atrophy, metaphysis or bone end; grade II: on the basis of grade I, symptoms and signs worsened, and short finger (toe) deformity appeared).

排除标准：

患有其他关节疾病，如关节炎症、代谢性骨病、肿瘤、骨质疏松症等，或同时患有糖尿病、中风、消瘦、长期服用药物和心血管、胃肠、肾脏、肝脏、呼吸系统疾病的患者，或拒绝参与排除研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with other joint diseases, such as joint inflammation, metabolic bone diseases, neoplasia, osteoporosis, etc. or coexisting conditions such as a history of diabetes mellitus, stroke, emaciation, long-term use of drugs and cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, kidney, liver, respiratory diseases, or those who declined to participate in the study were excluded.
