研究目的：

目前在中国还缺乏关于LSP对孤独症谱系障碍儿童康复效果的研究。鉴于需要，我们引入LSP并评估其对中国孤独症谱系障碍患儿社会交流水平和症状严重程度的影响，以扩大LSP在中国的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

There is a dearth of research examining the effectiveness of the LSP for Chinese children with ASD. Given the need in China, we introduced the LSP and assessed its effects on the developmental level and severity of ASD symptoms in Chinese children with ASD to expand the application of the LSP in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合DSM-5孤独症诊断标准；
(2)年龄：2~5岁；
(3)首次就诊且未接受任何行为干预；
(4)家长同意参加。

Inclusion criteria

(1)children diagnosed with ASD based on the criteria listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-V);
(2)2-5 years old;
(3)never received any behavioral training;
(4)parents/caregivers agree to participate the research.

排除标准：

(1)排除明确的颅脑外伤史;
(2)排除神经系统疾病和严重的躯体疾病；
(3)排除遗传或代谢性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Except brain injury;
(2)Except nervous system diseases and serious physical diseases;
(3)Except genetic defects or inherited metabolic diseases.
