研究目的：

研究项目的总目的是探索补偿政策对提高中国西部农村地区的妊娠期糖尿病筛查管理率和妊娠结局的效应，评估其对中国农村地区孕妇和新生儿生命质量和健康公平性的贡献。研究重点主要是探讨从孕妇角度的免费筛查管理和从医护人员角度的价值激励筛查管理的整合型补偿政策的效果，包括补偿政策的有效性、可操作性、经济可行性和发展可持续性四个方面。  

Objectives of Study：

The goal of this proposed project is to study maternal and child health quality and equity with a subsidy of GDM screening and lifestyle treatment in rural China. We will focus on the effectiveness, practices to improve compliance of maternal women with GDM, cost-benefit, and policy implications of the proposed GDM subsidy of screening and lifestyle treatment in rural China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 妊娠周期为24-28周的孕妇；
2. 无显性糖尿病孕妇；
3、单胎孕妇。

Inclusion criteria

1) Pregnant women in 24-28 pregnant weeks;
2) Pregnant women did not have overt diabetes;
3) Singleton pregnant women.

排除标准：

1. 患有各种慢性病或系统性疾病的孕妇；
2. 拒绝参加本次研究的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant women have other systematic conditions, such as chronic hypertension, connective tissue diseases, endocrine diseases, serious liver and kidney diseases, long-term use of drugs like steroids;
2) They were not willing to participate in this project.
