研究目的：

全面了解母婴血浆中营养素水平，以及不同时期母乳中营养素的水平，以了解目前母婴营养状况，指导配方乳粉的优化  

Objectives of Study：

Through this national survey of nutrients level in maternal-neonatal plasma and human milk at different lactation stages, we aim to get a comprehensive understanding of the nutritional status of maternal-neonatal units and help in the improvement of infant formulas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

母亲：20-35岁，单胎足月分娩，预计哺乳时间超过2个月
新生儿：Apgar评分超过8分

Inclusion criteria

Mothers: women between 20–35 years of age giving birth to a single, healthy, full-term infant and exclusive breastfeeding at least until two months of age
Neonates: apgar score>8

排除标准：

母亲：糖尿病、高血压、心脏疾病、急性传染病以及产后抑郁等疾病；乳头或乳腺疾病等影响正常哺乳的疾病
新生儿：先天性或遗传性疾病;半乳糖血症、苯丙酮尿症和其他影响母乳喂养的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Mothers: gestational diabetes, hypertension, cardiac diseases, acute communicable diseases, and postpartum depression; nipple or lacteal gland diseases;
Neonates: congenital or hereditary disease; galactosemia,phenylketonuria and other contraindications for human milk consuming

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.统一的CRF由交大营养系蔡美琴课题组设计，经雅培营养和其他5校统一商议修正后，使用统一版本，包括基础资料、病历资料以及膳食资料 2.EDC使用Resman采集管理，由蔡美琴课题组集中负责
