研究目的：

本研究探讨ACS高龄高危患者介入治疗不良预后的主要影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate influencial factors of major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events in elderly and high risk patients with acute coronary syndrom(ACS) after percutaneous coronar intervention(PCI).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合急性冠脉综合征诊断标准；2)年龄>18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of acute coronary syndrome;
2. Patients older than 18 years old.

排除标准：

1型糖尿病患者、恶性肿瘤、慢性炎症性疾病（如类风湿性关节炎等）、
急性出血或输血史及促红细胞生成素使用者、妊娠、心脏骤停

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with type 1 DM;
2. Patients with malignant tumour;
3. Patients with Chronic inflammatory diseases,including Rheumatoid immune disease;
4. Patients with bleeding or history of undergoing EPO or blood transfusion;
5. Pregnant patients;
6. Patients with cardiac arrest.
