研究目的：

对隐形牙套并发釉质脱矿进行科学的临床评价。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the tooth enamel demineralization complicated by orthodontic treatment with clear aligners.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.研究长期戴用隐形矫治器与固定矫治器患者并发釉质脱矿的差异。 2.研究长期戴用隐形矫治器与固定矫治器患者牙面生物膜的变化特点。 3.建立隐形牙套矫治过程中饮用含糖饮料后牙面糖浓度—时间变化曲线，明确糖分滞留效应对隐形牙套矫治过程中釉质脱矿白斑形成的作用。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Evaluate the severity of enamel demineralization of wearing clear aligners compared with wearing fixed appliances. 2. Investigate the change of dental biofilm when wearing clear aligners for a long period of time compared with wearing fixed appliances. 3. Establish the curve of sugar concentration and time change after drinking sugar-containing beverage during the treatment with clear aligners, to clarify the effect of sugar retention on enamel demineralization and white spot formation during the treatment with clear aligners. 

纳入标准：

1) 佩戴固定或透明矫形器；
2) 至少20颗天然牙；
3) 愿意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with fixed or transparent orthoses;
2. Subjects with at least 20 natural teeth;
3. Subjects willing to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1) 佩戴舌侧固定装置；
2) 广泛的义齿修复；
3) 活跃的牙周病；
4) 全身性疾病；
5) 使用可能影响牙周健康的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject wearing lingual fixation device;
2. The subject of extensive denture restoration;
3. Patients with active periodontal disease;
4. Patients with systemic diseases;
5. Subjects who use drugs that may affect periodontal health.
