建立肝癌介入治疗规范化数据库，搭建多中心临床研究平台,基于肝癌介入治疗规范化数据库，开展肝癌栓塞介入治疗多中心真实世界临床研究，分析肝癌栓塞介入治疗的临床疗效和预后影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a standardized database for interventional therapy for liver cancer, build a multi-center clinical research platform, and conduct multicenter real-world clinical research on interventional therapy for liver cancer based on the standardized database for interventional therapy for liver cancer, and analyze the clinical efficacy and prognostic factors of interventional therapy for liver cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究属于登记临床研究，不对患者的治疗进行任何的干预措施，治疗措施完全由医生根据患者的实际情况来制定，旨在真实世界中评价栓塞介入治疗肝癌的安全性和有效性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study is a registered clinical study, and does not carry out any intervention measures for the treatment of patients. The treatment measures are completely formulated by doctors according to the actual conditions of the patients, aiming to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of embolization interventional therapy for liver cancer in the real world. 

纳入标准：

经临床医生诊断，需介入栓塞治疗的肝癌患者

Patients with liver cancer who are diagnosed by clinicians and require interventional embolization

排除标准：

有介入栓塞治疗禁忌症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with contraindications to interventional embolization
