探讨一种单人结肠镜检查中应用改良气水联合法较传统方法的临床优势评估  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical advantages of the modified gas-water combination method over the traditional method in a single colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

集320名进行结肠镜检查的病例，粪便隐血阳性、不明原因便血、不明原因腹痛、排便习惯改变、粪便性状改变、体检等原因就诊我院并行清醒肠镜诊断患者，患者年龄18-70岁，性别、住院不限

Inclusion criteria

A total of 320 patients who underwent colonoscopy were admitted to our hospital for diagnosis of occult fecal blood positive, hematochezia of unknown cause, abdominal pain of unknown cause, change of bowel habits, change of fecal characteristics, physical examination and other reasons. The age of the patients was 18-70 years old, gender and hospitalization were not limited

排除标准：

(1)无痛肠镜检查者；(2)可疑肠梗阻或活动性出血者；(3)肠镜治疗者；(4)沟通障碍及无法自评者；(5)拒绝签署知情同意书者；(6)严重心肺疾病者；(7)既往结直肠切除手术者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) painless colonoscopy;(2) Suspected ileus or active bleeding;(3) Colonoscopy patients;(4) Communication barriers and inability to self-evaluate;(5) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent;(6) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases;(7) Patients with previous colorectal resection
