研究目的：

通过本研究评估亿活联合标准三联疗法对HP根除率的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Assessment the efficacy of the Hp eradication rate by Bioflor in combination with standard triple therapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

埃索美拉唑，阿莫西林，克拉霉素，布拉氏酵母菌 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Somerset omeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin, Saccharomyces boulardii 

纳入标准：

（1）胃镜检查确诊的慢性胃炎或无并发症的十二指肠球部溃疡患者。
（2）快速尿素酶试验阳性（2+或2+以上）或胃镜前后1周内13C-呼气试验阳性者
（3）年龄：18－60岁，男女不限。
（4）既往未接受过正规Hp根除治疗
（5）签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.chronic gastritisor or duodenal ulcer patients without complicated
2.rapid urease test was positive ( ≥2 +) or 13C-breath test was positive before and after a week undergo endoscopy
3.age from 18 to 60,both male and female
4.not received formal Hp eradication therapy before
5.Signed informed consent

排除标准：

（1）治疗前两周使用过抗生素、铋剂、益生菌制剂、H2受体拮抗剂和PPI者
（2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女
（3）患者同时服用非甾体抗炎药或酗酒,或存在其它影响本研究评价的严重疾病如严重的肝病、心脏病、肾脏病、恶性肿瘤等疾患
（4）对本研究所用药物过敏者患者
（5）胃切除手术的患者
（6）在用研究药物前3个月内参加过其它药物研究
（7）难以完成随访或影响顺应性的各种因素

Exclusion criteria：

1.used antibiotics, bismuth, probiotics, H2 receptor antagonists and PPI 2 weeks before treatment
2.pregnant or lactating women
3.taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or alcohol,or severe liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, cancer and other diseases
4.drug allergy patients
5.gastrectomy patients
6.3 months prior to participating in other drug studies
7.difficult to follow-up or to complete the various factors affecting
