观察强脉冲光联合睑板腺按摩对复发性角膜糜烂的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the therapeutic effect on recurrent corneal erosion with combined intense pulsed light (IPL) and meibomian gland massage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

复发两次及以上的复发性角膜上皮糜烂患者。

Inclusion criteria

patients of RCES who relapsed twice or more

排除标准：

排除标准为：存在角膜感染、角膜有裂隙灯下可见瘢痕、双眼发病、高眼压、泪囊炎、眼内炎症及合并糖尿病、全身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Corneal infection, corneal scar can be seen with slit-lamp, bilateral ocular disease, intraocular hypertension, dacryocystitis, intraocular inflammation, and those with diabetes mellitus and systemic immune diseases.
