观察人体中抗性淀粉饮食是否能调节肝脏脂质代谢以及改善胰岛素敏感性，并探讨其可能机制  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the study is to observe if adding the intake of resistant starch in humans can regulate the hepatic lipid metabolism and improve insulin sensitivity， as well as the possible mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

正常组：中国人；无慢性疾病史的健康人；年龄 18-55岁；签署知情同意书
超重肥胖组：中国人；无慢性疾病史的健康人；年龄：18-55；受试者自愿签署知情同意书；超重BMI≥24，肥胖BMI≥28；或腹部脂肪蓄积男性腰围≥85cm，女性腰围≥80cm（根据2003年《中国成人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南》）

Inclusion criteria

Group normal：Chinese；healthy people with no history of chronic disease；18-55 years old；Signed informed consent.
Group overweight/obesity：Chinese；healthy people with no history of chronic disease；18-55 years old；Signed informed consent；BMI≥24 called overweight，BMI≥28 called obesity；or abdominal fat accumulation which means the waistline of male is not less than 85cm or female is not less than 80cm.（Refer to 2003 prevention and control guidlines of overweight and obesity in Chinese adults）

排除标准：

正常组：体重超重者, BMI≥24或腹部脂肪蓄积，男性腰围≥85cm 女性腰围≥80cm；糖耐量受损者；急性患病期间，或研究前3周内或研究中使用抗生素者；常规服用处方药物者 (正规避孕药物除外)或使用辅助中西药物者；预期依从性差的受试者
；本研究开始前4周内正在参加或者已经参加其他临床研究者
超重肥胖组：急性患病期间，或研究前3周内或研究中使用抗生素者；常规服用处方药物者 (正规避孕药物除外)或使用辅助中西药物者；预期依从性差的受试者；本研究开始前4周内正在参加或者已经参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Group normal：overweight or obesity;BMI≥24 or abdominal fat accumulation is existed;the waistline of male is greater than 85cm or female is greater than 80cm; IGT;During acute illness or using the antibiotics 3 weeks prior to the study or during the study; taking prescription drugs conventionally( except for regular contraceptive drugs ) or using auxiliary Western or Chinese drugs;Poor adherence by expected;participating or have participated in other clinical trials 4 weeks before the this study starts.
Group overweight/obesity：During acute illness or using the antibiotics 3 weeks prior to the study or during the study;taking prescription drugs conventionally( except for regular contraceptive drugs ) or using auxiliary Western or Chinese drugs;participating or have participated in other clinical trials 4 weeks before the this study starts.

盲法：

本试验采用双盲对照。设盲工作由上海交通大学附属第六人民医院与统计人员共同完成，由统计人员采用统计软件产生随机数字表，由不参加实验的人员对抗性淀粉及对照淀粉进行编盲。盲底以及紧急破盲信封由临床研究单位专职人员保存，并按照规定严格管理揭盲以及紧急破盲。

Blinding：

This test is double blind comparison. A blind work is completed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Sixth People's Hospital and statistical personnel, the statistical personnel uses statistical software to produce the random number table, and the person who is not participated in the study codes blind for the resistant starch and placebo.the blind codesy of the clinical research and the envelope of emergency broken blind is saved by the full-time personnel in Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Sixth People's Hospital; and uncovering the blind and emergency broken blind implements according to the regulation management strictly.
