研究目的：

应用ATP生物荧光技术评估PIPS联合次氯酸钠进行根管冲洗的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

ATP bioluminescence is used to evaluate the clinical effect of PIPS combined with sodium hypochlorite for root canal irrigation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-65岁，根尖孔闭合的慢性根尖周炎患者，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with chronic periapical periodontitis
2. Patients with chronic apical periodontitis with closed apical foramen
3. Age 18-65 years old,
4. The patient's gender is not limited.

排除标准：

根尖孔发育不完全或根尖孔直径>2mm；
根尖囊肿；
激光过敏，或者不配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete apical foramen development or apical foramen diameter > 2 mm;
2. Patients with apical cyst;
3. Patients with laser allergy or non cooperation.
