研究目的：

本项目对青少年中出现NSSI行为的人群进行前瞻性的观察和研究，探索NSSI行为的发病机制，了解青少年NSSI行为的相关影响因素，分析相关影响因素对NSSI的影响途径及其影响程度，本项目同时观察具有NSSI行为的青少年的转归及结局，对于发现NSSI的生理病理机制及危险因素，制定有针对性的干预措施，减少青少年自伤或自杀行为的发生及其可能导致的严重后果，改善自伤、自杀青少年的结局，具有重要理论和实践意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This project for teenagers in the prospective observation and NSSI behavior of the crowd, to explore the pathogenesis of NSSI behavior, an understanding of the influence factors associated with NSSI teen, analyzed the influence of related factors of NSSI way and its influence degree, the project at the same time observe the outcomes of adolescents with NSSI behavior and ending, to find NSSI physiological and pathological mechanism and risk factors, to develop targeted interventions, cut down on teen self-injury or the occurrence of suicidal behavior and may lead to serious consequences, to improve the self-injury and suicide end of teenagers, has important theoretical and practical significance.

纳入标准：

过去1年中有任意NSSI行为的10——19岁青少年，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

10 - to 19-year-olds with any NSSI behavior in the past year, regardless of gender

排除标准：

1.有重大躯体疾病
2.有严重的精神障碍无法配合
3.有严重的自杀行为或观念

Exclusion criteria：

1. The age doesn't meet the criteria
2. Has a serious mental disorder and is unable to cooperate
3. Serious NSSI behaviors or beliefs
