Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the effects of single blastocyst transplantation in different EP protocols

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

不孕症诊断明确，有进行IVF或ICSI治疗的明确指征；
基础的FSH<10IU/L；
年龄：<40岁；
月经周期正常：24-35天；
基础窦卵泡不低于5；
近3个月未接受任何生殖激素类药物治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with definite diagnosis of infertility and clear indications for IVF or ICSI treatment;
2. Patients with basal FSH < 10iu / L;
3. Age: < 40 years old patients;
4. Patients with normal menstrual cycle: 24-35 days;
5. Patients with basal antrum follicle no less than 5;
6. Patients who have not received any reproductive hormone therapy in recent 3 months.

排除标准：

合并生殖道急性感染患者，
卵巢功能衰竭患者，
PCOS，严重子宫内膜异位症或其它不能耐受促排卵的疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute infection of genital tract,
2. Patients with ovarian failure,
3. PCOS, patients with severe endometriosis or other diseases that cannot tolerate ovulation induction.
