研究目的：

本研究主要探讨通过OCTA检测的原发性开角型青光眼患者SLT术前、术后2小时，术后1天，1周，1个月视网膜盘周、黄斑区流密度变化，对了解 SLT是否会改变POAG患者术眼的血流有一定意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly explores the primary open-angle glaucoma patients tested by OCTA 2 hours before and after surgery, 1 day , 1 week and 1 month after surgery of optic disc, macular blood flow, to understand whether SLT will change the retinal blood flow of POAG patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断为POAG；
②成功完成SLT治疗；
③最佳矫正视力≥0.1；
④屈光不正范围为等效球镜度数（-6D，+6D）

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed as POAG;
2. Patients who have successfully completed SLT treatment;
3. Patients with best corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.1;
4. Patients with ametropia in the range of equivalent spherical diopter (- 6D, + 6D).

排除标准：

①继发型开角型青光眼；
②因全身状况差或精神病等不能配合检查者；
③既往有眼外伤史、眼底疾病史或其它眼内手术史；
④有严重的系统性疾病病史，如高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、心衰、脑血管意外等；
⑤OCTA图像质量不合格

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary open-angle glaucoma;
2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination due to poor general condition or mental illness;
3. Patients with a history of ocular trauma, fundus diseases or other intraocular surgery;
4. Patients with a history of serious systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebrovascular accident, etc;
5. Patients whose image quality is not up to standard.
