研究目的：

评价中药治疗艾滋病慢性腹泻的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for the chronic diarrhea in AIDS patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

健脾止泻方 阿昔洛韦 9-(2-羟乙氧甲基)鸟嘌呤 盐酸伐昔洛韦, L-缬氨酸-2-[(6-氧代-2-氨基-1,6-二氢-9H -嘌呤-9-基)甲氧基]乙基酯盐酸盐 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、HIV抗体（+）；
2、慢性腹泻次数多于3次/日，＞1个月；
3、年龄：18-70；
4、近1个月内未接受过影响本试验观察的药物治疗；
5、受试者自愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV antibody test: Postive
2. more than 3 times of Diarrhea per day for more than1 month
3. aged 18 to 70 years old
4. Patients did not receive medicine that interfere the observation of this trial
5. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent

排除标准：

1、应用HAART药物（主要指蛋白酶抑制剂）抗病毒药物导致慢性腹泻者；
2、电子肠镜检查为肠道肿瘤和慢性溃疡性结肠炎者；
3、患有精神疾病，包括严重的癔症等；
4、无严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病；
5、妊娠或哺乳期妇女, 或准备妊娠妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diarrhea is caused by the use of HARRT drug
2. Patients with gut tumor or chronic ulcerative colitis confirmed by electronic colonoscopy
3. Patients with psychological disease including severe hysteria
4. Patients with severe heart, liver or kidney disease
5. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan
