研究目的：

建立适合中国DBCD模式的撤除治疗时机选择评价体系;建立潜在的DCD供者濒死期规范化治疗方案和质量控制体系;制定潜在的DBCD供者器官维护及获取的标准化方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Construction of evaluation system on the timing of treatment removal for DBCD donor retaining Chinese characteristics; Construction of quality control system and standard treatment protocol on the potential DCD donor in the agonal stage; Constitution of standard protocol on organ procument and maintaince in the potential DCD donor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 自愿参加并签署知情同意书 2. 年龄为0～70，性别不限 3. 愿意进行器官捐献的潜在供者

Inclusion criteria

1. agree to participate in this study and give informed consent; 2. age 0-70 years old, both male and female; 3. the potential donor.

排除标准：

1. 热缺血时间大于30分钟 2．冷却血时间大于或等于24小时 3. 不能配合临床试验人员完成相关检查者 4,供者存在传染性疾病(HBV,HCV,AIDS) 5. 其它临床试验人员认为应排除的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. the warm ischemic time>30min; 2. the cold ischemic time>24hours; 3. fail to complete the related examinations; 4. donor with HBV,HCV,and AIDS; 5. other situations that should be excluded into this study.
