研究目的：

1.评价虚汗停颗粒对于伴有多汗的小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿多汗症状的改善作用； 2.评价虚汗停颗粒减少伴有多汗的小儿反复呼吸道感染的次数和改善病情作用； 3.评价虚汗停颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染气阴不足证的中医证候改善作用; 4.评价虚汗停颗粒治疗伴有多汗的小儿反复呼吸道感染增强免疫力的作用; 5.观察虚汗停颗粒临床应用的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the improvement effect of Xuhanting Granular for recurrent respiratory infections in children accompanied by excessive sweating in symptom of excessive sweating; 2. To assess the frequency of infections and improvement disease of Xuhanting Granular for recurrent respiratory infections in children accompanied by excessive sweating; 3. To evaluate the improvement effect of Xuhanting Granular for recurrent respiratory infections in children with syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency; 4. To access the enhancing immunity effect of Xuhanting Granular for recurrent respiratory infections in children accompanied by excessive sweating; 5. To investigate the safety of Xuhanting Granular in clinical use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合小儿反复呼吸道感染西医诊断标准；
2.非急性感染期患儿，或急性感染期恢复后≥1周；
3.符合中医气阴不足证辨证标准；
4.年龄在1.5～6岁；
5.病程≥1年；
6.家长或监护人签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children meeting the Western diagnostic criteria of recurrent respiratory infections;2. Children of non-acute phase infection, or 1week or more after acute infection recovery;3. Children meeting the criteria of syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency;4. Ages 1.5 to 6 years;5. Disease course ≥1 year;6. Parents or guardians signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.原发性免疫缺陷病、获得性免疫缺陷综合征（ADRS）、先天性呼吸道畸形、先天性心脏病、胃食管反流症（GERD）、肺发育异常等基础疾病引起的呼吸道感染；
2.近1年内用过免疫抑制剂或免疫增强剂，以及服用其他治疗反复呼吸道感染药物者；
3.严重营养不良、佝偻病患者及合并心、脑、肝、肾及造血等系统严重原发性疾病者；其中AST、ALT＞1.5N(N为正常值上限)者；BUN、Cr＞1.2N(N为正常值上限)者；
4.对试验用药过敏或过敏体质者（对两种及以上食物或药物过敏者）；
5.研究者认为存在任何不适合入选或者影响参与或完成研究因素的患者；
6.3个月内参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Respiratory infections caused by basic disease of primary immunodeficiency disease, acquired immune deficiency syndrome (ADRS), congenital airway malformations, congenital heart disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and lung abnormalities etc;
2. Having used immunosuppressant or immune enhancer, as well as taken other drugs of recurrent respiratory tract infections in the past 1 year;
3. Patients with severe malnutrition, rickets as well as combined severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems etc;
4. Allergic patients (two or more kinds of food or drug allergies) or those who are allergic to the test drug;
5. Patients not suitable for inclusion, or influencing participation or completion of the study judged by researchers;
6. Patients participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
