研究目的：

1.利用探头式共聚焦激光显微内镜（probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy, pCLE）从细胞层面快速、实时提供术中病理诊断的特性，针对胆囊结石、胆囊息肉患者联合腹腔镜、胆道镜在保胆手术中进行pCLE检查，术中对胆囊典型部位活检，对于术中pCLE观察到可疑肿瘤性病变或癌前病变的患者追加胆囊切除手术，pCLE诊断与病理诊断对照（pCLE与病理结果分别由同一经验丰富且具诊断资质医师给出），根据pCLE与病理诊断符合率，评价pCLE在保胆手术中术中病理诊断的应用价值； 2.根据不同部位（胆囊底、胆囊体、胆囊颈）、不同状态下（正常黏膜，炎症，腺瘤，恶性肿瘤等）pCLE胆囊黏膜特点，建立pCLE胆囊黏膜疾病诊断标准； 3.对术后患者结石复发或罹患胆囊肿瘤进行随访，评价pCLE在保胆手术中的应用价值，完善保胆手术指征。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Use the probe - -based confocal laser endomicroscopy（pCLE) quickly from cellular level, the features of real-time provide intraoperative pathological diagnosis, patients with gallstones, gallbladder polyp combined laparoscopic and choledochoscope pCLE inspections in biliary surgery, intraoperative biopsy for gallbladder typical parts, for intraoperative pCLE observed suspicious tumor patients with precancerous lesions or additional gallbladder surgery,The diagnostic value of pCLE in intraoperative pathological diagnosis is evaluated according to the coincidence rate between pCLE and pathological diagnosis. 2. According to the characteristics of gallbladder mucosa at different sites (fundus of gallbladder, body of gallbladder, neck of gallbladder) and under different conditions (normal mucosa, inflammation, adenoma, malignant tumor, etc.), diagnostic criteria for GALLbladder mucosal diseases of pCLE were established; 3. Patients with postoperative stone recurrence or gallbladder tumor were followed up to evaluate the application value of pCLE in biliary surgery and improve the indications of biliary surgery.

纳入标准：

胆囊结石患者，年龄18-70周岁，无手术史，无其他合并症，符合目前保胆取石术指征，同意行腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术，同意入组该研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The patient with cholecystolithiasis, aged 18-70, had no surgical history or other complications, and met the current indications for biliary lithotomy. The patient agreed to perform laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy combined with choledochoscope biliary lithotomy. The patient agreed to be included in the study and signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有严重的心脑血管疾病，一般情况差，不能耐受手术，或有严重的精神障碍；
2.有手术史或有其他合并症；
3.不具备保胆取石术指征；
4.不同意行保胆取石术，不同意纳入该研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, poor general conditions, can not tolerate surgery, or have serious mental disorders;
2. Have a history of surgery or other complications;
3. No indication of gallbladderprotecting lithotomy;
4. Do not agree to perform cholecystolithotomy, do not agree to participate in the research.
