探究认知行为干预对颞下颌关节紊乱病患者恐动症及口腔健康生活质量的干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on the kinesiophobia of temporomandibular joint disorder and oral health quality of life

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合RDC/TMD诊断标准，确诊为TMD的患者；②年龄≥18周岁，能独立如实的填写问卷；③主诉伴有疼痛≥3个月及以上；④自愿参加本研究，并填写知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of RDC/TMD and are diagnosed as TMD;Age ≥18 years old, can fill in the questionnaire independently and truthfully;Chief complaint accompanied by pain ≥3 months or above;Volunteer to participate in this study and fill in the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①近期患有急慢性牙髓炎、急慢性根尖周炎或遭遇过头面部外伤的患者；②有风湿、类风湿性疾病病史的患者；③有精神病史和药物依赖史的患者；④有心肝功能障碍或恶性肿瘤史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Patients suffering from acute and chronic pulpitis, acute and chronic periapical periodontitis or excessive facial trauma recently;（2）Patients with a history of rheumatism or rheumatoid disease;（3）Patients with a history of mental illness and drug dependence;（4） Patients with heart and liver dysfunction or history of malignant tumor.
