研究目的：

通过临床研究验证白内障超声乳化联合角膜缘松解切开术远期效果是否稳定、对波前像差是否有影响、是否影响术后视觉质量  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether the long-term effect of phacoemulsification combined with limbal lysis of cataract is stable, whether it affects wavefront aberration, and whether it affects postoperative visual quality through clinical research

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：50-80岁
2.光明行项目：单纯老年性白内障患者无其他眼病
3.角膜散光：0.75D~3D，规则性角膜散光
4.同一个手术医生实施手术
5.角膜松解切口单弧形或双弧形，白内障主切口在弧形切口位置
6.植入同款人工晶体（SA60AT项目晶体）

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 50-80 years old
2.Guangmingxing Project: Patients with simple senile cataract have no other eye diseases
3.Corneal astigmatism: 0.75D~3D, regular corneal astigmatism
4.The same surgeon performs the operation
5.Single-curved or double-curved corneal lysis incision, the main cataract incision is in the arc-shaped incision position
6.Implant the same type of intraocular lens (SA60AT project lens)

排除标准：

1.患者其他眼病如角膜病变、眼底病变、高度近视等
2.白内障成熟或过熟OPD不能够测量出数据
3.出现严重手术并发症影响视力或切口缝合
4.散光在30~60度范围，主切口不能在弧形切口内的

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other eye diseases such as corneal disease, fundus disease, high myopia, etc.
2. The data of mature or overripe cataract cannot be measured by OPD
3. Severe surgical complications affect vision or incision suture
4. The astigmatism is in the range of 30~60 degrees, the main incision cannot be in the arc incision
