研究目的：

1.随访接受肘关节手术及术后放疗患者的复发率，并根据术前HO严重程度（Brooker分级）、患者年龄（未成年、成年）以及HO形成原因（创伤性、神经源性）制定放疗次数（术前24小时内、术后24小时内及术后多次）及放疗剂量，通过组内对比研究阐明放疗对肘关节HO术后复发率的影响及精准放疗方案。 2.随访接受肘关节周围HO手术治疗及术后放疗患者的并发症种类及并发症发病率并根据术前HO严重程度（Brooker分级）、患者年龄（未成年、成年）以及HO形成原因（创伤性、神经源性）制定放疗次数（术前24小时内、术后24小时内及术后多次）及放疗剂量，通过组内对比研究阐明放疗对肘关节HO术后并发症种类及并发症发病率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The recurrence rate of patients undergoing elbow surgery and postoperative radiotherapy was followed up, and the frequency of radiotherapy (within 24 hours before operation, within 24 hours after operation and multiple times after operation) and the dose of radiotherapy were determined according to the preoperative HO severity (Brooker grade), the patient's age (minors, adults) and the causes of HO (traumatic, neurogenic). The effect of radiotherapy on the recurrence rate of elbow joint HO and the precise radiotherapy regimen were clarified by intra-group comparative study. 2.The types and incidence of complications in patients who received perielbow HO surgery and postoperative radiotherapy were followed up, and the number of radiotherapy (within 24 hours before operation, within 24 hours after operation and multiple times after operation) and the dose of radiotherapy were determined according to the severity of HO before operation (Brooker grade), the age of the patient (minor, adult) and the cause of HO (trauma, neurogenic). To clarify the effect of radiotherapy on the types and incidence of complications after HO of elbow joint through a comparative study within the group.

纳入标准：

1.5岁-80岁；
2.肘关节HO术后的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 5-80 years;
2. Patients after HO of elbow joint.

排除标准：

1. 伴随周围血管神经损伤；
2. 糖尿病；
3. 非甾体类抗炎药治疗；
4. 心功能不全；
5. 血液系统疾病；
6. 肝肾功能障碍；
7. 风湿免疫系统疾病；
8. 化疗；
9. 类固醇类药物治疗；
10. 妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by peripheral vascular and nerve injury;
2. Diabetes;
3. Treatment of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
4. Cardiac insufficiency;
5. Hematological diseases;
6. Hepatic and renal dysfunction;
7. Rheumatic immune system disease;
8. Chemotherapy;
9. Steroid therapy;
10. Pregnancy.

研究将采用随机信封进行随机分组，根据术前HO严重程度（Brooker 分级）、患者年龄（未成年、成年）以及HO形成原因（创伤性、神经源性）、放疗次数（术前、术后）、放疗剂量（9Gy、15 Gy）分组，包括空白对照组，每组各50例。根据术前HO严重程度、患者年龄以及HO形成原因制定放疗次数及放疗剂量，空白对照组采用非放疗治疗。
