研究目的：

研究耳部穴道貼壓耳部神門穴、耳穴腎點、耳穴內耳點及耳穴交感點，與遠紅外線熱敷枕頸部刺激耳部對慢性耳鳴疾患之影響。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect on chronic tinnitus by auricular acupressure (on LO6,CO10,TF4,AH6a) and IR-C hot compress on neck.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

納入本試驗研究對象之年齡為50至70歲，經醫師診斷為自覺之感覺神經性耳鳴，耳鳴發生現象大於6個月，且耳鳴發生現象3個月以上沒有再使用藥物治療者；女性患者必需為停經婦女並且沒有接受任何之賀爾蒙藥物治療者。

Inclusion criteria

Inlcuded in the test subjects' age was 50 to 70 years, diagnosed by doctors as subjective to sensorineural, tinnitus phenomenon occurs more than six months, and tinnitus phenomenon occurs more than three months no longer use drug treatment; female patients required of postmenopausal women and did not accept any of the hormonal drug treatment.

排除标准：

1. 腫瘤患者。
2. 他覺性耳鳴。
3. 因外耳局部病變，無法施行耳穴貼敷者。
4. 無法配合進行各項評估流程者。
5. 懷孕婦女。
6. 非停經婦女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with tumors;
2. objective tinnitus;
3. The external ear to local lesions due can't be done by auricular acupressure;
4. Does not work with those who carried out the evaluation processes;
5. Pregnant women;
6. Non-menopausal women.
