研究目的：

1) 研究采用焦氏头针感觉区和足运感区针刺结合手法整骨对LDH患者的临床治疗策略，观察临床疗效，并进一步探讨其镇痛机理, 为腰椎间盘突出症的优化治疗方案提供科学证据。 2) 通过受试患者疼痛程度评价、外周血清IL-6、IgM、IgG水平检测、外周血清ROS、SOD水平检测、CT扫描分析、总有效率等指标对治疗进行效果评价，进一步完善治疗措施。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To study the clinical treatment strategy of patients with LDH by using the sensory area and the sensory area of foot movement of Jiao's head needle combined with manipulation osteopathy, to observe the clinical efficacy and further explore its analgesic mechanism, so as to provide scientific evidence for the optimal treatment of lumbar disc herniation. 2) The therapeutic effect was evaluated through the evaluation of the pain degree of the patients, the detection of IL-6, IgM and IgG levels in peripheral blood, the detection of ROS and SOD levels in peripheral blood, CT scan analysis, total effective rate and other indicators, so as to further improve the treatment measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 临床确诊为LDH患者；
2) 心、肺、肝、肾等脏器无严重功能性疾病；
3) 无精神疾病和意识障碍，可积极配合临床检查和治疗；
4) 无血液系统疾病的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients clinically diagnosed as LDH;
2) No serious functional diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs;
3) No mental illness or consciousness disorder, and active cooperation in clinical examination and treatment;
4) Patients without blood system diseases.

排除标准：

1) 保守治疗失败3个月后合并神经根粘连加重的腰椎间盘突出症患者；
2) 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
3) 在研究前3个月内接受其他临床检查的患者；
4) 中央型、嵌顿型、巨大型或游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者；
5) 马尾神经综合征或足下垂患者；
6) 合并椎管狭窄或滑脱。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The patients of lumbar disc herniation with serious nerve root adhesion after conservative treatment for 3 months
2) Pregnant women or nursing mothers;
3) The patients underwent other clinical examination within 3 months before the study;
4) The patients with the central, incarcerated huge type or free type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion;
5) Horsetail nerve syndrome or patients with foot drop;
6) Combined lumbar spinal canal stenosis or slippage.
