研究目的：

基于计算机大数据算法及技术以及国内外推行的眼科疾病诊疗标准及共识，建立标准化数据库，将其与眼科专科门诊电子病历系统有机结合，并与住院病历、影像归档与通信系统、检验室信息系统等相整合，构建标准化、结构化的电子病历系统。在此基础上汇聚大数据，并在医疗、科研、教育、管理等方面体现价值。  

Objectives of Study：

A standardized database was established based on computer big data algorithm and technology as well as ophthalmic disease diagnosis and treatment standards and consensus implemented at home and abroad, and a standardized and structured electronic medical record system was constructed by combining it with ophthalmic outpatient electronic medical record, inpatient medical record, PACS, LIS and other systems.Gather big data, and embody value in medical treatment, scientific research, education, management, etc.

Inclusion criteria

All outpatients of Joint Shantou International Eye Center of Shantou University and The Chinese University of Hongkong after May 2016

排除标准：

为确保大数据的完整性及代表性，以及评估新型电子病历系统价值时的可信度，并没有排除任何门诊医疗数据。

Exclusion criteria：

In order to ensure the integrity and representativeness of big data and the credibility in evaluating the value of the new electronic medical record system, no outpatient medical data was excluded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据采集包括门诊与住院患者的病史采集与辅助检查，以及手术记录。HIS系统通过特殊处理对这些数据进行加密保证患者个人信息不外流。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection for this study included medical history collection and auxiliary examinations of both outpatient and inpatient patients, as well as surgical records. Hospital information system encrypts these data through special processing to ensure that the patient's personal information does not flow out.
