研究目的：

本研究将在与国际同类研究相比肩的课题组前期研究平台上，首次探索中国老年人群中抗胆碱能药物暴露与AD风险之间的关系，探索抗胆碱能药物暴露与血液中生物标志物Aβ40, Aβ42及Tau水平的关联。建立抗胆碱药物暴露影响AD发生的风险预警模型，并拟将模型整合到目前医院系统的处方前置审核平台中，为AD的预防及老年人群中抗胆碱能药物的合理审慎使用提供依据和预警。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will be the first to explore the relationship between anticholinergic drug exposure and AD risk in the Chinese elderly population, and explore the relationship between anticholinergic drug exposure and blood biomarkers on the preliminary research platform of the research group compared with similar international studies. Correlation between Aβ40, Aβ42 and Tau levels. Establish an early warning model for the risk of anticholinergic drug exposure affecting the occurrence of AD, and plan to integrate the model into the current hospital system's pre-prescription review platform to provide evidence and early warning for the prevention of AD and the rational and prudent use of anticholinergic drugs in the elderly .

纳入标准：

静安寺社区位于中国上海市区的西南部。根据2009年底的年度人口普查，目标人口居住在11个社区中，有5138名60岁以上的注册居民。符合条件的研究对象是：（1）该社区的注册居民； （2）≥60年； （三）根据病历无精神分裂症或智力低下的；或（4）能够交流并接受身体和认知检查。这项研究得到了复旦大学华山医院医学伦理委员会的批准。已从所有参与者和/或获得书面知情同意他们的合法代表。

Inclusion criteria

Jing'an Temple community is located in the southwestern part of Shanghai City, China. According to the annual census at the end of 2009, the target population lived in 11 communities, with 5138 registered residents over 60 years old. Eligible research subjects are: (1) Registered residents of the community; (2) ≥60 years; (3) No schizophrenia or mental retardation according to medical records; or (4) Able to communicate and receive physical and cognitive examinations . This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Huashan Hospital of Fudan University. Have obtained written informed consent from all participants and/or their legal representatives.

根据病历有精神分裂症或智力低下的；或不能够交流并接受身体和认知检查。

Exclusion criteria：

People with schizophrenia or mental retardation based on medical records; or unable to communicate and receive physical and cognitive examinations.
