研究目的：

本研究是一项横断面的观察性研究，目的在于寻找皮肤屏障损伤性皮肤病皮损处与周围正常皮肤之间微生物群之间差异，为进一步寻找治疗皮肤屏障损伤性皮肤病最佳治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a cross-sectional observational study. The purpose is to find the difference between the microbiota between the skin lesions of the skin barrier damage and the surrounding normal skin, and to further find the best treatment plan for the treatment of the skin barrier damage.

纳入标准：

由皮肤门诊统一培训的主治医师筛选病人①年龄18岁以上；②符合赵辩版《中国临床皮肤病学》的诊断标准，有客观症状，且是新发病例，无任何使用药物的经历。

Inclusion criteria

The patients are screened by the attending physicians uniformly trained by the Dermatology Clinic
1. Above 18 years old;
2. They meet the diagnostic criteria of Zhao Bian's "Chinese Clinical Dermatology", have objective symptoms, are new cases, and have no experience of using drugs.
