研究目的：

1.评价百裕银杏内酯注射液用于缺血性脑卒中瘀血阻络证的安全性； 2.评价百裕银杏内酯注射液不良反应发生的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess the safety of Baiyu? Ginkgolide injection, in the treatment of ischemic stroke with blood stasis syndrome; 2. Assess the relevant factors in adverse reactions caused by Baiyu? Ginkgolide injection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合西医缺血性脑卒中诊断标准；
2.符合中医中风病中经络诊断标准；
3.发病后7天-6个月；
4.符合瘀血阻络证辨证标准；
5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients accord to diagnostic standards on western medical ischemic stroke;
2. patients accord to diagnostic standards on Chinese medical attack to meridians;
3. 7 days to 6 months after invasion;
4. patients accord to differentiation standards on blood stasis syndrome;
5. patients must be voluntary to be subjected and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴有神智障碍者（神志障碍或严重痴呆者）；
2.已知对银杏类药物、乙醇、甘油过敏或过敏体质者；
3.妊娠、哺乳者和有妊娠计划者；
4.脑梗死后脑出血以及脑动脉炎患者；
5.由脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病、风湿性心脏病、冠心病及其他心脏病合并房颤而引起的脑栓塞者；
6.ALT、AST≥正常值上限的2.5倍，Cr≥正常值上限1.5倍；
7.有精神异常或医生认为不宜参加临床研究者；
8.有出血倾向者，3个月内发生过严重出血者，PLT小于正常值范围下限或APTT大于对照值3秒以上者；
9.近1个月参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients accompany with unconsciousness or severe dementia;
2. patients allergic to Ginkgo biloba drugsethanol or glycerin;
3. patients who are pregnant,nursing or planning for pregnancy;
4. patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction and cerebral arteritis;
5. patients with cerebral embolism caused by cerebral tumor,trauma,parasitosis,rheumatic heart disease,coronary heart disease and other heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation;
6. ALT, AST>=2.5 times of upper limit of normal, Cr>=1.5 times of upper limit of normal;
7. patients with insanity or not suitable for clinical trial under doctors' consideration;
8. patients with hemorrhagic tendency, severe bleeding within 3 months, PLT under lower limit of normal or APTT above 3 seconds of control value;
9. patients who have participated in other clinical trial in 1 month.
