研究目的: |
1)建立基于AI的OSAHS智能诊断系统 利用我们OSAHS大样本数据库,构建基于AI技术的OSAHS智能专家辅助诊断系统(基于少量指标的OSAHS智能诊断与分级模型,实现对少量指标对应的呼吸事件的自动判别以及对最终的诊断结果的自动给出),实现对OSAHS病患的数据自动分析、辅助临床诊断; 2)研发基于OSAHS新型的便携式睡眠监测仪及配套软件系统 基于上述OSAHS自动诊断与分级模型,开发低载荷、高精度的便携式睡眠监测仪;并利用AI的自主学习和改进功能,进一步优化睡眠监测数据分析的效率、准确性;基于上述AI提取的数据,及其对应的软件系统实现完整的新型可用设备; 3)开展临床验证,建立基于物联网的OSAHS远程协作模式 利用OSAHS大数据联盟的大数据进行AI算法和模型的验证,开展临床循证评价研究;验证其快速数据分析的兼容性、有效性、准确性和适用范围;希望通过物联网云计算技术和人工智能专家系统、创建睡眠医学分级诊疗网络,规范诊疗,最终建立OSAHS高危人群筛查、诊疗、随访及分级健康管理体系。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1) Establishing an AI-based OSAHS intelligent diagnosis system Using our OSAHS large sample database to build an AI-based OSAHS intelligent expert-assisted diagnosis system (OSAHS intelligent diagnosis and grading model based on a small number of indicators, to achieve automatic identification of respiratory events corresponding to a small number of indicators and automatic diagnosis of the final diagnosis results Out) to realize automatic analysis of OSAHS patient data and assist clinical diagnosis; 2) Researching and developing a new portable sleep monitor and supporting software system based on OSAHS Based on the above OSAHS automatic diagnosis and classification model, develop a low-load, high-precision portable sleep monitor then use AI's autonomous learning and improvement functions to further optimize the efficiency and accuracy of sleep monitoring data analysis; based on the data extracted by the above AI, And its corresponding software system to realize complete new available equipment; 3) Carry out clinical verification and establish an OSAHS remote collaboration model based on the Internet of Things Use the big data of the OSAHS Big Data Alliance to verify AI algorithms and models, and carry out clinical evidence-based evaluation research; verify the compatibility, effectiveness, accuracy and scope of application of its rapid data analysis; Hoping to use ITO cloud computing technology and manual intelligent expert system, the creation of a sleep medicine hierarchical diagnosis and treatment network, standardize diagnosis and treatment, and finally establish an OSAHS high-risk population screening, diagnosis and treatment, follow-up and hierarchical health management system. |
